Looking ahead to the fall – {chicagoland family photographer, tinley park photographer}

Today marked the first day of all the kids back to school.  Although school started two weeks ago for the other two we are officially back into the routine of early mornings, making lunches, homework, and sports.  I find it crazy how by Memorial Day I yearn for no schedule but come Labor Day it feels great to have a schedule again.  So here we are a few days post Labor Day.

I want to say THANK YOU for all the messages about my son!  You are the best!  He did great and was truly such a trooper.  After a two long weeks we had a little bit of fun the last two days before a doctor appointment and then a fun day out before he headed back to school this morning with his older siblings.  A little snippet of him!!

Now I am looking ahead.  Looking ahead to fall.

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year and one of my busiest times as a photographer!!  Fall is truly one of my favorite times of year for many reasons.

I love the colors!

I love visiting the apple orchard & apple cider donuts!

I love the fall decor!

I love picking out our pumpkins!

I love hearing what the kids want to be for Halloween!

It is my husband & mine’s birthday {as we share the same day}!

I love the cooler days of jeans and sweater wear!

I love crispness of leaves under my feet as I walk!

I love meeting so many wonderful families to capture their today!

I LOVE that I get to spend my favorite time of the year doing something I am passionate about and providing people with something they treasure.  These are some of the family images from some August mini-sessions.  August was busy trying to capture the family sessions before school started and I LOVE that they chose me and that they stopped time to make these moments happen {as a parent I know how the schedule gets}!!

So watch the blog over the next week for more images from August, information on the fall schedule locations {you can see the dates/times on the blog under schedule}, and holiday cards!!
